My first trip in an ambulance and night in the Emergency Room on April 20th Easter Sunday 2025 forced me into deep reflection. As a working adult who has always managed a great deal of responsibilities, I was reminded the importance of self care and prioritizing taking care of my health. Thank you to my family, colleagues, clients, supporters, and friends for the love and support during my recovery. For as long as I’ve known better I’ve been very intentional with how I take care of myself, so that I’m able to show up to be and do my best at work. My work is a significant part of my life, and I value the beautiful people who I get the opportunity to serve. Again Thank you. 🙏🏽
